Our primary service area is Eldoret and the surrounding Rift Valley region — Uasin Gishu County and adjacent counties. For clients further afield, remote consultations are available, but on-site visits are limited to within roughly 80 km of Eldoret town.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer (Equity and KCB), and cash for in-person transactions. Consultations are invoiced on completion. Product sourcing and business support engagements require a 40% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or at month-end.
Urgent slots are available subject to staff availability. If you contact us before 10:00 on a weekday, we can usually accommodate a same-day appointment or at least a preliminary phone consultation. Weekend urgent requests are considered case by case.
