We opened in 2017 with a small team of five and have since grown to a staff of twelve full-time specialists covering appointments and consultations, product sourcing, and business support services. Delivery is tracked internally and the client receives at least one progress update for any engagement lasting more than two business days. The review step is brief but mandatory: we ask what worked, what did not, and record the answer. On the question of limits: Forgewecho does not operate as a legal or financial advisory firm, and we do not provide medical or clinical services. If a client's need falls into those categories, we refer them to the appropriate registered professionals in Eldoret.
